CERN Council selects next Director General Geneva, 4 November 2014. At its 173rd Closed Session today, CERN Council selected the Italian physicist, Dr Fabiola Gianotti, as the Organization's next Director-General.

27.06.2014 The unique in Russia production of microsources for brachytherapy was launched in Dubna On 26 June 2014, the "Bebig" company (portfolio company of "Rosnano") launched production of full cycle microsources for low-dose-rate brachytherapy which is unique in Russia. "NanoBrachyTech" which is the subsidiary of the "Bebig" company is the resident of the Special Economic Zone “Dubna”. Chairman of the Executive Board of "RUSNANO" Anatoly Chubais participated in the ceremonial opening dedicated to the event.
